Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse team works in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
