Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Our ideal candidate will thrive in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments and will participate in a comprehensive training and safety program to enhance their skills.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Efficiently relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Follow company policies, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently.
