1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Schedules:

Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks, with 2 consecutive weekdays off. Rotating schedule.
Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with 2 weekdays off. 4-week rotating schedule.
Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspects products and assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and notifies management of issues.
• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and positive attitude.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
