Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member and play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Our comprehensive training and safety program ensure your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
