1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse team at Aldi. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to ensure our stores are well stocked for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
