Job Description
We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness according to established guidelines. In addition, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
- Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
