1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and sanitation.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
