1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker for our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise for shipment, performing general cleaning duties, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
