Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a 2nd Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will include organizing inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Shift and Schedule Information

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule C: Bi-weekly Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation and loading processes.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and inspections.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership for effective warehouse operations.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and organizational abilities.
