Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise preparing for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Work independently to achieve budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely following guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
