2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Schedule

We offer different schedules for the 2nd shift, giving you flexibility and work-life balance:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends with weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Alternate weekends with weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
