Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in handling stock efficiently, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring timely shipments. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperature environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
