Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's. This position offers a competitive salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour, along with bonuses and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating tasks and assignments for the team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Mentor and develop team members to cultivate future managers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Encourage and recruit team members, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold Domino's image standards.
