We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing, an exceptional Brewpub. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and cooking a variety of food items, ensuring the highest quality of dishes for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food products efficiently.
• Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
• Plate and garnish cooked items with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in food prep tasks during slower periods.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth service period.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
