Salary Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a Certified Fitness Lead to advance the personal training business and exceed fitness financial targets. The role involves building a high-performing team, facilitating agile training sessions, and creating a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Facilitate and adjust programming to fit the needs of each client.
- Create an approachable environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Retain clients by providing value and a supportive community.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
Requirements
- Experience in personal training or fitness industry.
- Leadership skills and ability to build and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
