As a Certified Fitness Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at our club. You will build and develop a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals and ensures a world-class experience. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming for each client's needs.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value.
• Provide tools and resources for personal trainers' growth.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
