Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement goal-oriented care plans and discharge plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem.
• Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week.
