Job Description
We are inviting experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team in a variety of roles, including Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions. As part of our innovative and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
