Job Description

We are hosting an in-person Nursing Hiring Event at ChristianaCare. We are currently looking to expand our team of HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with experience in OASIS-E. Join us and benefit from our cutting-edge Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with available resources.
• Participate in discharge planning for patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
