Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in directing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and delivering top-notch products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in all areas of the restaurant, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, gather feedback, and utilize it to enhance operations and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensure optimal staffing levels, compliance with standards, and coach for improved performance.
• Boost sales through outstanding customer service, team training, and effective use of POS systems.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage cash, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills a plus in certain markets.
• Comfortable with technology (phones, computers).

This is a non-exempt, hourly position pending a satisfactory background check.
