CiCis Pizza, with over 270 locations in 22 states, is seeking talented Shift Leaders to direct shift operations at our restaurant. The Shift Leader will ensure compliance with company standards, oversee product preparation and delivery, manage customer relations, and uphold the highest quality of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in all restaurant aspects, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and implement strategies to enhance operations and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, provide training, enforce standards, and cultivate a quality and guest-focused environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service, product training, and efficient system utilization.
• Manage inventory, ensure safety and security compliance, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and be flexible as emergencies arise.
• Proficiency in leading a team independently during shifts.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
• Basic computer and phone usage skills.
• Position is non-exempt and hourly, subject to background check.
