Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional teams to assess construction bids and ensure alignment with project scope and regional cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers on negotiation points with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and practices to ensure consistent pricing.
• Analyze bids and prepare reports for project awards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction practices.
• Review and approve contract pricing and monitor market pricing for trades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost estimation software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
