We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team in Hebron. As part of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their rental car experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including greeting, key-handling, and recording vehicle details.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental return process.
• Check-in vehicles accurately using our computer systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry tasks.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and outdoors.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
