Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join the high-energy team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will assist customers at our airport rental locations, ensuring excellent customer service as they exit the rental premises. Duties include checking driver’s licenses and rental agreements, inspecting vehicles for damage, recording information electronically, offering additional services, and more.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility in shifts.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
