Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
  • Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
