Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness standards, process customer purchases, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Operate cash registers accurately, adhere to company policies, and uphold inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise safely.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience as a plus.
