Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and that our customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
