Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi to join our dedicated team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Report inventory, product issues, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties and follow company policies.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
