Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As part of the store associate role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI's M.A.P. expectations.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Skilled in using store equipment and following safety guidelines.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
