Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
