Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, operating equipment, and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
