Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Contribute feedback to management on inventory, product issues, and store operations.
  • Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.

Physical Demands

  • Stock and place products up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights.
  • Perform various physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
  • Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
