Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store atmosphere. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management, contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers during their store visit.
• Participate in inventory management activities and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
