Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist where you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store and providing exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers while upholding ALDI's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising and stocking duties with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report any issues to management promptly.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to ensure security.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store integrity.
  • Other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Compliance with safety protocols and cleaning standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and follow instructions.
  • Meet state requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
