Job Description
Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist where you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store and providing exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers while upholding ALDI's standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform merchandising and stocking duties with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report any issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to ensure security.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store integrity.
- Other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
- Compliance with safety protocols and cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and follow instructions.
- Meet state requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
