We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our enterprise, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental vehicles.
• Greet customers, manage keys, record vehicle details, and check-in cars using our system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the rental return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors and across different shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
