Job Description

The Rounds, a leading provider of sustainable grocery delivery services, is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team and promote our mission of making everyday choices effortless and sustainable. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new Members and expanding our platform's reach by engaging with potential customers at various events.

Responsibilities

  • Educate potential Members about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery offering at popup events.
  • Achieve and exceed new Member acquisition targets through persuasive sales techniques.
  • Onboard new Members and ensure successful first orders.
  • Contribute feedback and insights to enhance event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission per new member acquired. On target earnings of over $38/hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
