Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of Group Fitness Instructors and Studio Coaches. The position is non-exempt (hourly) with a compensation range of $17.50-$19.00 per hour, inclusive of commission and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.
- Recruit and manage talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of programs and events.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high standards of instruction.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member needs and concerns.
