Compensation: Pay Range is $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities!
At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join our team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a key role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and acquire talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance and drive results to achieve or exceed financial targets.
- Manage class schedules, evaluate trends, and adjust schedules to meet member needs.
- Ensure all equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes that create community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role preferred.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on members' lives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and achieve targets.
- Certifications in fitness instruction or coaching are a plus.
