We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing studio and group fitness usage while ensuring exceptional service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain competitive, on-trend class schedules that cater to member preferences.
• Deliver world-class member experiences by ensuring clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of programs and events.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
• Create an exceptional, high-energy environment that fosters community and connection among members.
