Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, helping to improve operating results, develop the team, and ensure the overall performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
