Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, restocking, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and other operational aspects.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow company policies while upholding document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash handling, and operating store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
