Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for key in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and comply with cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for employment at ALDI.
• Demonstrate courteous customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
