Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
