Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members, engage with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
