Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
