Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our store, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure cash handling compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
