Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and display merchandise neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and ensure confidentiality of data.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
