Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the store management team.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
