Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Ability to safely handle store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
