Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
